Objective, rules, and result
Find every listed word in a straight horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line; words may run forward or backward. Completing the whole list finishes the puzzle, while daily mode preserves that date's progress.
How to play
- Choose Daily or Practice, a difficulty, and a word category.
- Drag across a word, tap its first and last letters, or use arrow keys and Enter.
- Find every listed word across, down, backwards, or diagonally to complete the grid.
Controls
Keyboard and mouse: Drag across a word or click its first and last letters.
Touch: Swipe across a word or tap its first and last letters.
Shortcuts: Arrow keys: move; Enter / Space: select; H: hint; Esc: clear.
Strategies to try
- Search first for an unusual letter, then trace outward in eight directions for the rest of its word.
- After finding longer words, use their crossed letters as anchors for shorter entries.
Device and accessibility notes
Select by drag, first-and-last tap, or keyboard using Arrow keys and Enter/Space; H hints and Esc clears. Difficulty and theme are selectable. The letter grid can require zoom or magnification on small screens.
Use the Settings control above the game to turn sound or vibration off and to reduce interface motion. Expand mode can provide a larger play area. Records are stored only in this browser when storage is available.
