Rules for using Toolverse
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the entire Toolverse platform at toolverse.net.in, including CalcMate, Mini Game World, Card Generator, Education, AI Tools, and all other current or future tools, calculators, games, generators, resources, features, and services offered under this domain (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age at which you can enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Toolverse is responsible for supervising that use.
2. Permitted use of the Services
Toolverse gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal, educational, or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any instructions shown within a particular Service.
You agree to use Toolverse responsibly and not to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, or unlawful content;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
- interfere with, overload, damage, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
- circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated systems against the Services in a way that creates excessive load, violates instructions, or infringes rights;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract non-public source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with Toolverse; or
- use the Services to create, distribute, or facilitate deceptive, harmful, or abusive material.
We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or access presents a security, legal, or operational risk.
3. Intellectual property
Toolverse and its original source code, interfaces, visual designs, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other content are owned by Toolverse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Toolverse or its content to you.
You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, license, redistribute, frame, or create derivative works from protected Toolverse content without prior written permission, except for normal use of the Services or where applicable law allows it. Toolverse and its logos may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.
4. Your inputs and generated output
Some Services may allow you to enter, upload, or generate text, images, files, or other material. You are responsible for your inputs and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or infringing material.
You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. To the extent processing is required to provide a requested feature, you permit Toolverse and its service providers to process those inputs for that purpose. Unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise, Toolverse does not claim ownership of content you create using the Services. Generated output may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that it is eligible for intellectual-property protection or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it.
5. Calculations, information, and AI-assisted features
We work to make Toolverse useful and accurate, but calculations, conversions, educational materials, generated output, and other results may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Results are provided for general informational and convenience purposes only.
Nothing on Toolverse is professional, financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, safety, architectural, or engineering advice. Do not rely on Toolverse as the sole basis for important decisions. Verify critical results independently and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar output for different users. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use that output. See our Disclaimer for additional information about these limitations.
6. Games and educational content
Games are provided for entertainment, and scores, progress, or locally saved settings may be reset or lost. Educational resources supplement, but do not replace, instruction or advice from qualified educators. We do not guarantee any particular learning result, score, ranking, or uninterrupted preservation of progress.
7. Third-party services and advertising
Toolverse uses, or may enable, third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how analytics, cookies, advertising, and related technologies may be used.
When advertising is enabled, advertisements are provided by third parties and do not necessarily reflect the views or recommendations of Toolverse. Your dealings with an advertiser, including purchases, promotions, warranties, and disputes, are between you and that advertiser.
8. External links
The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, products, or resources for convenience. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. You access third-party services at your own discretion and should review their applicable policies.
9. Service availability and changes
We may add, update, suspend, restrict, or remove any Service, feature, or content, and may change usage limits or discontinue the platform, at any time. We may do so without prior notice where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that any Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every browser or device.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Toolverse disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and that the Services will be error-free or meet your requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toolverse and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Services or reliance on their output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to the Toolverse Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected, used, and shared across the platform.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Toolverse changes or legal and operational requirements evolve. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted elsewhere on the platform when appropriate. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Toolverse regarding the Services, except where feature-specific terms apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without depriving you of any mandatory protections available under the laws where you live.
