Your privacy at Toolverse

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Toolverse provides online calculators, games, developer utilities, and other web applications. This Privacy Policy applies to the entire Toolverse platform at toolverse.net.in, including CalcMate, Mini Game World, DevMate, and other services offered under this domain (collectively, the “Services”).

This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Services, why it is used, and the choices available to you. You can use most Toolverse Services without creating an account or directly providing personal information.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the Service you use and your privacy choices, we or our service providers may collect:

  • browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen size;
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • pages visited, referring pages, links or tools used, and time spent on pages;
  • general diagnostic, performance, and error information;
  • cookie identifiers and consent preferences; and
  • your email address and message contents if you voluntarily contact us.

Some Toolverse apps may save settings, progress, or user-created content locally in your browser. Locally stored information remains on your device unless the relevant Service clearly tells you otherwise.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
  • remember preferences and consent choices;
  • understand how visitors find and use Toolverse;
  • diagnose technical issues and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • respond to questions or support requests; and
  • display and measure advertising when advertising is enabled.

Toolverse does not sell your personal information.

3. Analytics and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. When analytics is enabled in accordance with your consent choices, these services may process information such as device and browser details, pages visited, interactions, approximate location, and IP address. Google Analytics uses IP addresses during processing and generally does not make raw IP addresses available to us.

Analytics helps us learn which Services are useful, improve performance, and identify errors. Where consent is required, optional analytics storage is denied until you choose to allow it. You may decline optional analytics and continue to use Toolverse.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, or similar technologies for:

  • Essential functions: security and basic site operation;
  • Preferences: remembering settings and privacy choices;
  • Analytics: measuring visits and improving the Services; and
  • Advertising: delivering, limiting, and measuring ads when AdSense is enabled.

Where applicable, Toolverse uses Google's certified consent management platform to present privacy choices and communicate them to Google services. You can reopen Privacy & cookie settings from the homepage footer when the consent controls are available. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser, although some preferences may then be lost.

5. Advertising

Toolverse may use Google AdSense to display advertising after it is enabled. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to Toolverse or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to Toolverse and other sites on the Internet where applicable and where the visitor has provided any consent required by law.

If personalized advertising is unavailable or not permitted by your choices, you may still see non-personalized or contextual ads. Advertising technologies may still be used for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency limiting, aggregated measurement, security, and fraud prevention, as permitted by applicable law.

You can manage personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You may also learn how Google uses information from partner sites on Google's partner-sites page.

6. Third-party services

We use, or may enable as Toolverse develops, the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics for traffic and usage measurement;
  • Google Tag Manager for managing analytics and other website tags;
  • Google Search Console for search performance and site health;
  • Microsoft Clarity for aggregated interaction and usability insights;
  • Bing Webmaster Tools for search performance and site health; and
  • Google AdSense for advertising and ad measurement after approval and activation.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their use may vary by Service and may change as Toolverse adds or removes features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the Services or users, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Data retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, legal, and operational needs. Third-party providers set their own retention periods. Messages you send us may be retained while we address your request and as needed for legitimate recordkeeping.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the email address below. We may need to verify your request, and legal exceptions may apply.

8. Data security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information handled through Toolverse. However, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

Toolverse is a general-audience platform and is not intentionally directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. International processing

Our third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, those providers use recognized safeguards for international data transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Toolverse evolves or legal and operational requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted elsewhere on the platform when appropriate.
