How DevMate tools are built and reviewed.

DevMate prioritizes deterministic browser tools that solve a distinct task without an account or permanent backend.

Correctness

Transformations use browser standards or maintained libraries where parsing is non-trivial. Representative, malformed, boundary, Unicode, and published-standard cases are tested where applicable.

Privacy

Tool content stays in memory unless you explicitly create a local download. Analytics receives only catalog-owned identifiers and coarse actions, never input values, output, filenames, complete URLs, or raw errors.

Limits

Input and output limits protect mobile devices and prevent long main-thread work. A limit describes local browser capacity; it does not mean content was transmitted.

Review dates

Review dates change only after material content or behavior has been checked. Reference pages and maintained datasets receive an explicit update owner before release.
