Practical file guide
Use this tool to inspect word, character, sentence, paragraph, reading-time, speaking-time, and repeated-keyword estimates while drafting.
Paste a presentation script to compare its word count with the estimated speaking time at roughly 130 words per minute.
Typed text and plain-text files such as TXT or Markdown are supported; formatted DOCX and PDF documents are not parsed.
Counts can differ from another editor because punctuation, hyphenation, emojis, and non-Latin writing systems use different token rules.
No fixed file-size cap is enforced. That does not mean unlimited capacity: large files, many pages or decoded image dimensions can exceed available browser memory. Try smaller batches or a smaller source file if processing fails.
Processing happens in your browser; selected content is not intentionally uploaded to CalcMate. Avoid sensitive files on shared devices, keep an original backup, and verify every download. Reading and speaking times are rough pace estimates. Keyword frequency is not a measure of writing quality or search ranking.
The editor saves a draft in this browser’s local storage after a short delay. It can return after reopening the page. Use Clear and wait for the draft to be removed before leaving a shared device. Browser storage settings or quota limits can prevent saving. The site can still load network resources and configured analytics; local file processing does not mean the whole website works offline.
